In addition to this generic offering, which competes merely on price and service, our core competency is product sourcing, overseeing and inspecting the production process, then shipping and importing these promotional items to arrive on time. In addition to this, we offer warehousing and distribution of corporate gifts, promotional items and staff uniforms. This allows our clients to better manage their cashflows on bulk orders.
We manage the entire process from the product design and creation of packaging, to the production, inspection and then the distribution and logistics to ensure the consignment is delivered on time to our customer.
We have vast experience in breaking-bulk and re-packaging of bulk imported goods. We currently do this for some large retail customers and handle the receiving, warehousing and distribution of such products. In addition to this, we also possess the skill and experience in creating and designing packaging for both corporate gifting and retail customer products.
Promo Import has capacity to manage additional storage, picking and packing and repacking as we do this regularly for our corporate clients. We are happy to assort colours and manage distribution to different regions on your behalf.

We are also happy to work with our corporate clients’ design agencies and have vast experience in creating new products from scratch with mould creation.
